Who pays for freight when placing an order?
You, the customer, will incur this charge. For more details please refer to our “freight charges" guide. International purchases should contact us at info@hoof.co.nz for international freight charges.
Can I place an international order?
Yes, Australian orders can be placed via the website, however all other countries can ONLY place orders by emailing info@hoof.co.nz
Can I pay for an international order by credit card?
Yes, for Australian orders placed via our website we accept credit card payments. Unfortunately we do not accept credit card payments from any other countries. Payment is to be made by Telegraphic Transfer OR Direct Credit into our bank account ONLY. Please contact us on info@hoof.co.nz for more information.
How long will it be before my goods arrive?
Please allow 4-5 working days for the courier of goods. During busy periods, please allow approximately 10 working days. For International shipping times, please contact info@hoof.co.nz for further information. Please note that our courier does not run over the weekends, so any orders placed on a Friday will not be couriered out until the following Monday morning.

If you prefer to not process your order online, please email us at info@hoof.co.nz We will then email/fax you an order form to complete and return. Once your preferred method of payment has been received and processed, your order will be despatched.
