Who pays for freight when placing an order?
You, the customer, will incur this charge. For more details please refer to our Shipping . For international purchases, please email help@hoof.co.nz for freight options and charges.
Can I place an international order?
Yes, Australian orders can be placed via the website, however all other countries can ONLY place orders by emailing help@hoof.co.nz
Can I pay for an international order by credit card?
Yes, for Australian orders placed via our website we accept credit card payments. Unfortunately we do not accept credit card payments from any other countries. Payment is to be made by Telegraphic Transfer OR Direct Credit into our bank account ONLY. Please contact us on help@hoof.co.nz for more information.
How long will it be before my goods arrive?
Please allow 4-5 working days for the courier of goods and perhaps a little longer if you live in a rural delivery area. During busy periods, please allow approximately 10 working days. Please note that our courier does not operate during the weekends, so any orders placed on a Friday will not be sent until the following Monday morning. Please note that delays may occur should you opt to pay for your order via cheque or internet banking as payment must clear our account prior to processing your order. For International shipping times, please contact help@hoof.co.nz for further information.

I do not want to pay by credit card online. Can I use any other method of payment?
Once you have placed your order online, you will be asked to select your prefered method of payment - credit card or internet banking. All of our bank account details are supplied when you select the internet banking option. Please note, payment must clear our account within three (3) days from the time you place your order to avoid cancellation. We also accept payment by cheque, please email help@hoof.co.nz for further information.

Can I return shoes directly to hoof® if they have been purchased from a hoof® shoes Stockist?
No unfortunately. The shoes must be returned directly to the place of purchase together with your proof of purchase / receipt. Our Stockist will then deal directly with us in regard to any returns/repairs that will be honoured under our Your Guarantee Policy.
Can I return shoes directly to a hoof® Stockist if they have been purchased via the hoof® website?
No unfortunately. The shoes must be returned directly to hoof®. We will deal with each return/repair on a case by case basis as per Your Guarantee Policy.
How do I get Loyalty Points?
For every dollar spent on FULL PRICED funky footwear, your account will accrue one loyalty point. Once you have reached a total of 200 points, your account will be credited with 20 hoof dollars to spend online.
Your Loyalty Points balance can be viewed once you have logged into your account. To use these hoof dollars, simply select items you wish to order. You will then be "prompted" to allocate your hoof dollars for this order. You can use as little or as many as you like. Please note, these can ONLY be used for online orders and are valid for three months only. Easy peasy!
