Australian orders are send by standard post therefore there is no "track & trace" service available. hoof® accepts no responsibility if the order is lost in transit. Should you wish your order to be sent via another means/service, please contact info@hoof.co.nz

Toggles 0.70c - when ordered individually (without ordering shoes)
Please allow 4-5 working days for delivery. We do not have weekend deliveries.
Please note, our courier service is door-to-door, therefore a signature is required. Please bear this in mind when providing us with your delivery address. If you are not home, a "calling card" will be left by the courier and you will then need to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery.
Toggles are sent via New Zealand Post - all care is taken when packaging these, however hoof® will not accept any responsibility for any damaged or lost goods. If you would prefer your toggles to be couriered, please contact info@hoof.co.nz An additional charge will be incurred.
Although we are based in Auckland, Waiheke Island deliveries incur additional freight costs ($18/order as at 20/1/09). If you place an order online, we will contact you with payment options to cover these additional freight costs.
