In order to open an account with us you must provide us with a valid landline or mobile telephone number, a valid delivery and billing address, and an email address. We reserve the right to check that the details you have given us are correct.
Before we open an account for you, we may need to do some basic credit checks and / or reference checks.
We are unable to deliver goods to PO Boxes, C/- Addresses, Hotels, Motels, etc.
Before your order is processed, we may call you to confirm that it’s really you that has placed the order and that the order details are correct.
When you receive the goods, you will be asked to sign for them, and you may be asked to provide some identification.
In some cases we may delay processing an order for up to 24 hours in order to minimise the chances that the order has been made with fraudulently obtained credit card details.

Above all, please do not be offended if we ask you to verify your address, credit card or order details. We do not do this out of any suspicion or mistrust in you personally, but because we want to protect both ourselves and you from fraudulent transactions – not to mention the fact that we feel we have a moral obligation to take all reasonable steps to prevent crime.
