By accessing our website, you are doing so in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions. Any orders placed with us will be strictly bound by these.
We reserve the right to amend any part of our website without notification. By using our website you automatically accept that we are not liable to you or any third party for any amendments made to this website. When changes to our Terms and Conditions occur, by entering our website, such changes are deemed to be accepted by you. Therefore, we recommend you regularly check our Terms and Conditions for any alterations.
Please, immediately refrain from using our website if you do not agree to any alterations made to our Terms and Conditions.
Indemnity
hoof® does not accept any liability, direct or indirect, for any loss or damage which may directly or indirectly result from the purchase of our products, and you fully agree to indemnify hoof® from any such action as a condition of your purchase.
You also acknowledge that hoof® is fully indemnified should any other person, other than yourself, access your account on our website.
IMPORTANT NOTE: CHOKING HAZARD - Toggles are an optional extra for lace shoes. We strongly recommend that once the toggles have been fitted to the laces, the laces MUST then be firmly tied together in a knot large enough for the toggle to not be removed from the lace by children. Please check the toggle & knot each time the shoes are worn to ensure your child is not at risk of choking. This toggle is NOT a toy. It is not recommended for children under the age of 3. These are purchased at the buyer's risk. The plastic bag in which the toggles will be sent in, is also a choking hazard - it is an adults responsibility to make sure these are not left lying around for children to play with and are discarded safely.
Toggles are sent by standard post. If the toggles are lost in the post, hoof® accepts no responsibility.
Trade Mark
The hoof® name and logo are Trade Marks of Two Bald Men (Importers) Limited.
Orders
A contract between the purchaser and hoof®, is created by the following steps:
- Order is placed on our website.
- An automated email will be sent to your designated email address notifying that hoof® has received your order.
- Once payment has been fully processed, acceptance/dispatch of your order will occur.
- Acceptance of your order may not take place if the product ordered is out of stock or on back order and/or if there is a payment failure e.g. Credit card declined or internet banking not processed.
- If any problems occur with your order, the hoof® team will contact you.
- Please ensure that you, and you alone, are the sole user of your hoof® account.
- The "on-selling" of goods purchased from hoof® is not permitted. Only hoof® retailers have our authority to do so.

International Orders
Other than Australia, we do not accept any international orders placed via our website. Payment from all other overseas destinations will be immediately credited back onto the credit card used to make this purchase. Should you wish to place an international order, please contact us directly at info@hoof.co.nz.
International orders are send by standard post therefore there is no "track & trace" service available. hoof® accepts no responsibility if the order is lost in transit. Should you wish your order to be sent via another means/service, please contact us for pricing.
Product Description
Each item sold is done so according to the product description that appears on the website.
We have endeavoured to ensure that all descriptions and prices are correct. However, due to unforeseen circumstances there may be a variance at the time of placing your order.
Payment
- All prices listed on our website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
- All prices include GST (goods and services tax).
- All prices are correct at time of website publication.
- Methods of website payment are Visa, MasterCard or Internet Banking.
- Internet banking payments must clear our account within three (3) days from the time your order was placed.
- All credit card payments are subject to online authorisation.
- If credit card authorisation is declined or a problem is encountered during an internet banking transaction, hoof® can not be held responsible for any delay in delivery.
- Cheques are accepted and your order will be processed once the funds have cleared our account - this may take up to 7 days.

- Any transaction/purchase made prior to the commencement date of the sale will NOT be refunded in part or in full. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
- No refunds, no exceptions - a credit note will be issued for future purchases - this is valid for 6 months from date of issue
- Shoes are sent in plastic bags not shoe boxes.
- During a sale, shoes will not be put on hold. We deal with returns on a "first returned, first replaced" basis.

Seconds Sales
- No refunds, no exceptions - a credit note will be issued for future purchases - this is valid for 6 months from date of issue
- Please select shoes carefully - returns will not be accepted based on the 'stated fault issues'
- Freight is as per normal charges on website.
- Price for seconds is as per website.
- Shoes are sent in plastic bags not shoe boxes.

Online PROMOTIONS

- Please select size / colour / style carefully - NO RETURNS, NO EXCEPTIONS ON FREEBIE ITEMS
- If returning any full priced item associated with a promotion, the 'Freebie' must also be returned before a refund can be processed.
- Promotional stock will sent in plastic bags not shoe boxes.
- Promotions may exclude some styles eg. Clearance/seconds stock or already reduced items.
- Promotional item will not attract additional freight charges.
- Promotion commences the day of notification and ends at 5 pm of the day posted on our website OR while stocks last.

Online COMPETITIONS
- The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Loyalty Program
For every dollar spent on FULL PRICED funky footwear, your account will accrue one loyalty point. Once you have reached a total of 200 points, your account will be credited with 20 hoof dollars to spend online.
Your Loyalty Points balance can be viewed once you have logged into your account. To use these hoof dollars, simply select items you wish to order. You will then be "prompted" to allocate your hoof dollars for this order. You can use as little or as many as you like. Please note, these can ONLY be used for online orders and are valid forthree months only. Easy peasy!
Redeemable Vouchers
If you have a voucher purchased via our website, please contact info@hoof.co.nz
- These vouchers cannot be used online
- Should your total order exceed the value of the voucher additional payment will be required to cover the balance.
- Freight costs are inclusive of your total order.
- No cash, change or further credit will be issued on redeemed vouchers not fully utilised.
- Not redeemable for cash or legal tender.
- Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months after date of issue.
- hoof® is not liable for any lost or stolen vouchers.
