If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our product, please email us at email@example.com and include your name, customer number, invoice number and daytime contact telephone number.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receipt of goods. Goods must be posted or couriered to us within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition. A replacement pair of shoes will be couriered to you (free of charge) upon receipt of these shoes. During a sale, shoes will not be put on hold. We deal with returns on a "first returned, first replaced" basis. ** Please remember to include your child’s foot measurement in mm (as per our sizing guide). Please note - if you have placed an overseas order, all freight charges are at your cost.
Please email us at email@example.com within 10 days of receipt of goods. All shoes that leave our warehouse are checked prior to despatch, but if for any reason you do receive faulty goods, please return these to us by standard post within 14 days of receipt. A replacement pair will be couriered to you (free of charge) upon receipt of the faulty goods. Freight charges incurred for return of faulty goods will be reimbursed to the customer - up to a maximum of $6.00 will be refunded. As hoof® is environmentally aware, and we like to do "our bit", if possible, please reuse your original courier bag when returning shoes to us. Simply turn it inside out and post to: hoof shoes, P O Box 24-499, Royal Oak, Auckland 1345. Thanks you for your co-operation.
Faults occurring within three month from date of purchase, will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Any faults that occur outside this period will not be covered by our guarantee.
Please note, should a problem occur with any hoof ® shoes purchased from a hoof® shoes Stockist, the shoes along with proof of purchase/receipt need to be returned to our Stockist - they will deal with us directly with regard to any repair or replacement.
hoof® does not consider general "wear & tear" such as scuffing, scratching or worn soles etc. as faulty goods and will not be covered under our guarantee.
If returned shoes are not faulty but a refund is required - the freight portion of the sale will not be included in the refund (Full retail value of shoe will be refunded to the customer).

No returns or refunds will be accepted based on the 'stated fault issues'.
IMPORTANT NOTE - hoof® shoes have been designed for street/casual wear only. Shoes have not been designed for the rigors of school/kindy or for the playing of sport - any such use may cause damage to the shoes.
